Ehab Elgammal

Management Consultant · Change Leader · Startup Operator · Engineering Mindset · HEC MBA & Harvard MPA · Narrative Novelist

Ehab grew up in Alexandria, Egypt, and now calls Ontario home. As a consultant, delivery lead, and operator, he has driven change and numerous initiatives in banking, startups, and beyond. He founded The Change Incubator and created NAV, a narrative methodology that turns hidden stories into action. He holds an MBA from HEC Montréal and an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School.

His debut novel, The Gales of Alexandria (thegalesofalexandria.com), is praised for its nuanced exploration of justice, faith, and systemic upheaval—perspectives forged in a generation shaped by 9/11, the ensuing wars and the Arab Spring.

Off the page, Ehab delivers executive change and leadership workshops that lay the groundwork for ongoing transformation—helping leaders read complexity, surface resistance, and align teams around a clear purpose.

You’ll often spot him on the sidelines—cheering loudly at his daughter’s soccer games, a reminder that the best stories are lived together.
